Premo Brand is registered with the Bio Terrorism ACT and is monitored by the FDA and Michigan Department of Agriculture. Our products all have extended shelf life due to modified atmosphere packaging, allowing for maximum freshness. We have full control of our distribution, so temperature is regulated to ensure the optimal temperature is maintained from the time it is produced in our facility to the time it reaches your store.
*HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system focuses on identifying specific points within the flow of food through the operation that are essential to prevent, eliminate, or reduce a Food Safety Hazard to safe levels.
